All hypnotic suggestions are accepted or rejected by the client, at their personal discretion.

Self-Hypnosis - Hypnosis for lasting change

There are six elements necessary for lasting change. They are: Desire, Belief, Worthiness, Affirmation, Repetition and Action. You must truly desire to change. There can be no "try" or "hope it will work" attitude. You must believe that whatever your goal is, is possible, and you can achieve it. You must believe hypnosis will work for you. You must believe that you are worthy of success. You must affirm your desire in your speech, self-talk and action. You must use repetition, to further impress the desired goal on your subconscious mind. You must act. The right attitude is only effective when you back it with your action. The universe will deliver all of the opportunity we can imagine, but without action, on our part, the opportunity is wasted. Take control of your life. Overcome negative mental programming. End undesired habits. Increase memory and concentration. Learn to concentrate for hyper-study periods. End test anxiety. Relieve job/life stresses. Overcome insomnia. Find the cause and eliminate irrational fears and phobias. Feel refreshed and energized after sleep or rest. Leam to forgive yourself and others. Learn to control pain.
